01 January 2012 Due date for Corporation Tax for period end 31 March 2011.

31 January 2012 Last day to file the 2011 Tax Return online without incurring penalties.

First self assessment payment on account due for 2011/12 and  balancing payment for

2010/11.

01 February 2012 £100 penalty if 2011 Tax Return not yet filed online.
